The most recent years have been a stark awakening to the need of feeding our bodies the best the earth has to offer. We firmly believe that health is wealth and we want to provide you with sustainable meals that will feed your soul and your body. About Us
Chef Michael grew up on the beautiful island of Trinidad & Tobago where he learned to cook at a young age. He witnessed first hand the profound benefits of living off the land, consuming the fresh fruits, ground provisions, and vegetables that were readily accessible throughout the island. As he grew in his Christian faith of Seventh-Day-Adventist, it became even more apparent how important it is to properly fuel the body. By age 15, he fully converted and adopted a vegan lifestyle of abundance. Today, he is a technically trained Chef hailing from Houston, TX where he has also spent many years working in the healthcare industry as well as studying nursing. Leveraging Biblical teachings, with his clinical background, and culinary skills, Michael is excited to serve the best the earth has to offer!
